Can I sign the document before the appointment?
Some documents must be signed in the presence of the notary. Please wait until the appointment unless instructed otherwise
What forms of ID are accepted?
Government-issued photo identification: Driver's license, State ID, or passport
*Please note Identification cannot be expired for more than 3 years

What if I'm not sure what type of notarization I need?
If your document does not specify, you will need to contact the individual that prepared the document or issuing agency for clarification
What if someone does not have identification?
The notary must verify the identity of each signer. Without proper identification, the notarization cannot be completed.
Fees & Payments:
What happens if an appointment needs to be canceled?
It is greatly appreaciated to give a notice at least 1 hour in advance. However, if travel has begun a travel fee may still apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and Cash (please have exact amount)
