Yes, all signers must be present with a valid government-issued photo identification

• Can I sign the document before the appointment?

Some documents must be signed in the presence of the notary. Please wait until the appointment unless instructed otherwise

• What forms of ID are accepted?

Government-issued photo identification: Driver's license, State ID, or passport

*Please note Identification cannot be expired for more than 3 years

• Do you travel to hospitals or homes?

Yes, I provide mobile notary services to homes, offices, hospitals, and public meeting locations. 

Documents & Requirements:

• What if I'm not sure what type of notarization I need?

If your document does not specify, you will need to contact the individual that prepared the document or issuing agency for clarification

• What if someone does not have identification?

The notary must verify the identity of each signer. Without proper identification, the notarization cannot be completed.

Fees & Payments:

• What happens if an appointment needs to be canceled?

It is greatly appreaciated to give a notice at least 1 hour in advance. However, if travel has begun a travel fee may still apply.

• What payment methods do you accept?

Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and Cash (please have exact amount)

**Payment is due at the time of service once notarization has been completed.
