About the Appointment:

• What happens if all signers cannot be present at the time of the appointment? 

To notarize each signature, all signers must be present. I can only notarize a signature after verifying identity. We would either need to reschedule at a time when everyone is available or schedule a separate appointment to notarize their signature.

• Can I sign the document before the appointment?

Some documents must be signed in the presence of the notary. Please wait until the appointment unless instructed otherwise

• What forms of ID are accepted?

Government-issued photo identification: Driver's license, State ID, or passport

• Do you travel to hospitals or homes?

Yes, I provide mobile notary services to homes, offices, hospitals, and other public meeting locations.

• What if I'm not sure what type of notarization I need?

If your document does not specify, you will need to contact the individual that prepared the document or issuing agency for clarification

• What if someone does not have identification?

The notary must verify the identity of each signer. Without proper identification, the notarization cannot be completed.

Fees & Payments:

• What happens if an appointment needs to be canceled?

It is greatly appreaciated to give a notice at least one hour in advance. However, if travel has begun a travel fee may still apply.

• What payment methods do you accept?

Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and Cash (please have exact amount)
